    Join Our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking

    As a Sales Associate at Mondelz International, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by fulfilling merchandising needs for grocery-related customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez' visit method to cover any teammate as needed
    2. Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
    3. E nsure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well-represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelz' guidelines for merchandising
    4. E nsure Sales Representative's negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelz management team
    5. F ollow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service
    6. E nhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches

    In conjunction with Merchandisers, ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

    About Us:

    • We offer a competitive base salary range of $40,000 to $42,000
    • Eligibility for a highly competitive bonus program
    • Participation in our long-term incentive program

    Requirements:

    1. Must be at least 18 years old
    2. Valid driver's license required
    3. High School Diploma or GED preferred
    4. Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
    5. Ability to meet defined physical activities
    6. Full schedule availability required
