Duties:

Responsible for the operationalintegrity and maintenance standardization of mechanical systems which includesdrilling, hull and machinery equipment, and hydraulic cylinder managementacross Seadrill's fleet; drive the operational strategies for the overhaul andtracking of hydraulic cylinders and the development of condition monitoringAsset Lifecycle Management (ALCM); direct the drilling, hull and machinery, andALCM personnel to support operations, project planning, and the execution,maintenance, and additional operational outcomes within the discipline.;develop a quality control and quality assurance system in line with industrystandards to demonstrate compliance with industry standards and liaise withclass societies to gain external recognition for the program; communicateeffectively with senior management the requirements, progress, and achievementsof the program towards the company targets; review, author, and issuedcorporate reports including technical reports, bulletins, and proposals, andensure corporate standards are updated across the fleet; review and maintainpreventative tasks in assigned areas of responsibility; provide support to teamto ensure effective execution of management of change cases, maintenance changerequests, and improvement proposals across from rigs; cultivate and maintaineffective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including rigoperations, project managers, engineers, vendors/OEMs and senior staff members.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor'sdegree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,Marine Engineering or closely related field and seven (7) years of experiencein the job offered or seven (7) years of experience in a related occupation inan offshore and onshore supervisory oil and gas role; utilizing hull anddrilling rig equipment on offshore drilling rigs; utilizing drilling operationexperience across asset types and global operations; experience with assetlifecycle management processes and systems; liaise at high level with drillingunits and offshore technical teams.
