- Directly oversee the delivery of care to Assisted Living residents to ensure all their needs are met
- Coordinate care conferences and serve as a liaison between residents, families, and staff
- Manage labor costs, supplies, and clinical budget
- Monitor documentation systems to meet regulatory timeframes and resident needs
- Assess potential residents for Assisted Living level of care
- Provide, plan, and monitor staff training programs and in-services for Assisted Living staff
- Manage and coordinate nursing and assisted living staff tasks
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 24/7 on-call clinical support required
- Managed clinical teams in senior living or hospital setting
- LPN/LVN or RN license required
- Experience with EMR/EHR clinical documentation systems
- Exude energy, passion with a hospitality-focused mindset
- Passion for serving seniors and growing teams
- Technology-savvy, organized, and self-aware
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
