    Description

    Für ein sehr spannendes und internationales Unternehmen aus der Automobilindustrie sucht unser Mandant einen (Senior) Controller (m/w/d). Das Unternehmen zeichnet sich durch sein zukunftsfähiges und innovatives Geschäftsmodell aus.
    Ihre Aufgaben:
    Betreuung von verschiedenen Gesellschaften
    Mitwirkung bei der finanzwirtschaftlichen Planung, dem Forecasting sowie Reporting
    Erstellung von Ad-hoc Analysen und Auswertungen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung
    Schnittstelle zu dem Bereich Accounting und Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
    Durchführung von Investitionsrechnungen und Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne Kunden im Projektcontrolling
    Weiterentwicklung des Controlling-Instrumentariums und der bestehenden Reporting-Landschaft sowie Mitwirkung an der Effizienzsteigerung der Prozesse durch bspw. Implementierung eines BI- und ERP-Systems
    Ihr Profil:
    Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkten im Finanz- und/oder Controlling oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
    Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling sowie Kenntnisse aus Industrie- oder Dienstleistungsunternehmen von Vorteil
    Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kosten- und Ergebnisrechnung, Reporting-Prozessen, Bilanzierung sowie Planungsrechnung
    Überzeugende Darstellungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
    Ausgeprägtes analytisch-konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, Interesse an technischen Prozessen und ein proaktives Mindset
    Teamfähigkeit, der Wille zum Erfolg und zu hoher Qualität mit einer selbstständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
    Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint; Erfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics und entsprechenden Tools sind von Vorteil
    Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
