    Come join our teamWe are seeking a software Business Analyst to play a crucial role in our software development process by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

    You will work closely with the clients and the development team, to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure the successful delivery of software products.

    Requirements Elicitation:
    Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the development team to gather and document detailed business requirements

    Analysis and Documentation:
    Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Document requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.


    Translate Business Needs:
    Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for the development team

    Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team. Facilitate communication to ensure project status, requirements, and changes are effectively conveyed.


    Quality Assurance Support:
    Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) testers to ensure developed software meets specified requirements and quality standards.
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and conduct UAT with clients to validate software meets their expectations and requirements

    Continuous Improvement:
    Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Provide recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions.

    The qualifications for the Business Analyst include:
    Proven experience as a Business Analyst with an ERP software package. Experience with scrap industry ERP systems (CRES, RIMAS, ScrapDragon, etc.) is a definitive plus.
    Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
    Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
    Knowledge of database concepts and SQL is a plus.
    Ability to travel 1 week a month.
