PARKS ADMINISTRATIONQUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess bachelor's degree in parks and recreation or related field and be qualified by extensive training or experience.
Desire experience in progressively responsible work in a related field with at least 5 years experience in management capacity. Must possess demonstrated management skills including current and innovative management practices with team management orientation. Ability to provide effective supervision and leadership for Parks employees. Experience or knowledge of marketing practices and procedures. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to deal tactfully and responsibly with public and other city officials. Must possess a valid driver's license.
