The Company
With deep expertise in chemistry Nuvalent is working to create selective medicines designed with the goal to address the needs of patients with cancer. This role is remote field-based and candidates must live within the assigned region to effectively cover the geography.
The Role Reporting to the Senior Director of Precision Engagement the Senior Precision Engagement Manager will play a key role along with our Regional Business Leaders and Oncology Account managers in impacting primarily through virtual engagement across regionally prioritized HCPs and geographies through a blend of data-driven decision-making brand promotion and collaborative regional support.
Responsibilities Promote Nuvalent products virtually across a defined geography prioritizing outreach to targeted HCPs In territory promotion as strategically applicable Expand team reach by covering lower-potential HCPs that may not be addressed through traditional field roles Strategically support Regional Business Directors and Oncology Account Managers to maximize their field effectiveness through supplemental virtual interactions Provide Region support including patient-following efforts regional segmentation and engagement gap assessments Competencies Include Drives for results creates and nurtures a performance-based culture of continuous improvement addressing concerns and conflict proactively Foster a culture of empowerment collaboration and focus on patient impact Exceptional communication influence skills inspire confidence work successfully with varied stakeholders Entrepreneurial collaborative energetic self-starter interpersonal analytical skills Digitally savvy naturally inclined explore leverage digital tools Values achieved as team communicate clearly multiple stakeholders Comfortable navigating cold outreach virtual relationships compliant professional manner Open-minded curious striving learn improve Qualifications Bachelor degree required advanced degree MBA PharmD NP MS or related preferred Minimum five years pharmaceutical sales oncology preferred health care triage direct patient care experience in oncology lung cancer Strong analytical interpersonal skills Experience competence using virtual meeting platforms Proficiency managing data insights CRM or patient record database/charts Ability work outside traditional hours evening weekend hours cover calls engagements time zones Travel expectations ~10% Demonstrated organizational skills manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize projects communicate cross-functional partners Strong written verbal communication presentation skills Additional Information Nuvalent committed fair equitable compensation practices provide employees market-competitive total rewards packages The targeted salary range reflects what Nuvalent reasonably good faith expects offer this position at time posting but final salary determination may be within outside this range based various factors including but not limited experience education market factors The range will reviewed regularly subject change.
