    Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization focused on improving the lives of children, parents, and staff by providing safe, fun, curriculum-focused early education in a collaborative and child-focused environment.

    We are seeking an energic Marketing Intern to support our marketing function. Reporting to our Marketing Director, you will provide first level marketing support to our centers and internal teams.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic Marketing professional in training who is passionate about early childhood education.

    Our marketing intern candidate has a fundamental understanding of digital marketing best practices, graphic design abilities, web development experience, and strong communication skills.

    You will be expected to work between 15-20 hours per week on-site in our corporate Downtown, Chicago office located at 120 S.

    LaSalle St. Chicago, IL

    Required schedule:
    Monday Thursday; 9:00am - 1:00pm (can be flexible)


    Compensation:
    $15.80 per hour


    Job Responsibilities:
    Assist with marketing campaigns and administrative support for social media (Facebook and Instagram)
    Assist with graphic design elements. Knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe preferred but not required
    Ongoing management of local center reviews and review response management.
    Assist with industry research and SEO research for early childhood education centers
    Assist with content creation & content calendar implementation
    Attend meetings
    Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:
    Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate Marketing, graduate Business or graduate Communications program, or related field of study
    Prior marketing experience a plus but not required
    Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator or other content creation tools
    Strong attention to detail
    Ability to provide innovative solutions for creative projects and tasks
    Working knowledge of Windows OS, O365
    Proficient in navigating social media for marketing purposes
    Strong communication skills
    Flexible on work hours
    Ability to pass all background checks and meet state requirements
