Sandhill fields is looking for a General Manager to oversee operations and financials.

The Sandhill Fields complex is comprised of 56-acres and home to cross-country field hockey, lacrosse, soccer, pickleball and many more activities.

On any given day you may find; a youth lacrosse game, a family kicking the soccer ball, pickleball social play, and/or a group walking their dog on our trails.

We are a melting pot for our community.

The General Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Maintain current contracts and solicit new tournaments to generate income.
Create and maintain a positive working relationship with the state and local tourism offices.
Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, and other organizational entities.
Schedule repairs and maintenance.
Hire, train, schedule facilities staff.
Develop and manage the facilities budget.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
