    As the Director of Human Resources, this role will play an important part in strategic change management and streamlining of the goals and objectives of the organization.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Oversee employee compensation and benefits, HR systems, employee and labor relations, and staff development activities. Oversee workplace investigation processes as well as coach and train leaders on performance management standards.
    Ensure processes are improved and implemented.
    Utilize HR reporting and tracking systems to identify inequities and enhance efficiencies.
    Ensure the organization operates in compliance with all relevant regulations.
    Guide the interpretation and review of policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Manage the HR staff and ensure all are properly trained in employee-related information while serving as a resource for questions and issues.

    Manage CBA administration, union relations, employee communications, grievance/arbitration resolution, and disciplinary actions.
    Support the Finance team with payroll administration for the organization.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience within a nonprofit organization is required.
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other related discipline required.
    SHRM or PHR certified preferred.
    Experience with compensation and benefits administration.
    Working knowledge of ADP or other HRIS systems preferred.
    This role is responsible for promoting and ensuring an environment supporting DEI core principles.


    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
