This role monitors tracks coordinates and reports on delivery of major equipment with field personnel vendors conducts or assists with conducting field inspections of major equipment at time of delivery documents deficiencies damage at delivery coordinates resolution with vendor tracks reports on status installation major equipment tracks reports status testing startup major equipment coordinates reports major equipment warranties coordinates monitors reports storage major equipment assists project management team identification development analysis change management assists project management team review recommendation payment applications procurement installation assists project management design engineers determine solutions unexpected site conditions reviews submittals high complexity reviews contract specifications quality plans design construction submittals drawings maintains edits field as-built drawings assigned project tasks areas provides basic highly complex technical field site administration support field project personnel prepares required documentation records such as Project Execution Plans PXPs Status Reports Operations Maintenance Manuals Warranties Spare parts Punch lists develops agendas attends project meetings project team contractor vendor owner performs duties assignedResponsibilities
