The Assistant Pool Manager coordinates and oversees front and back of house operations for the pool deck to ensure profitability and maintain guest service standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervises assigned staff including hiring, training, coaching performance feedback recommending administering discipline scheduling coordinating related departments such as Public Area Department PAD Front Desk Security ensuring service level standards met facilitating maintaining consistent pool safety programs training documentation overall safety guests pool area maintaining communicating property standards employee training guest interaction monitoring overall guest satisfaction entertainment experience enjoyment levels maintaining culture compliance hotel policies procedures addressing team member issues ensures adequate staffing supply levels operate full efficiency guest satisfaction maximizing revenue opportunities completes administrative tasks technology software schedules proper coverage establishes implements monitors department objectives standards guidelines administrative processes resolves customer concerns issues ensures guest satisfaction operating established guidelines coordinate marketing special events successful execution poolside activities monitor inventory controls ensure proper place answers responds guest reviews multiple channels good customer relations assists departmental budget labor purchasing expenses cash variances maintains familiarity market trends products hotel F B regulations statutes pertain industry keeps management informed activities status operation uncommon possible issues adheres appearance uniform standards other duties assigned
