Description

We are currently representing a leading private fund's advisory business that due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its team by adding an Associate in their West Coast offices.

Since its inception, the firm has grown tremendously and partnered with several top Private Market funds globally.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Due Diligence of potential GP's.
• Advise the client on market proposition and strategy.
• Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc).
• Update and monitor data rooms.
• Help the sales team in coordinating roadshows.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of Investor Relations, investment banking, or Placement Agent.
• Degree Educated.
• Excellent written English.
• Keen interest in private markets strategies.
