    BCS has an immediate opening for a mid-level

    Management Analyst

    to join our growing team supporting the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and their Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER). The Management Analyst will support the Federal Program Managers across the department to fulfill security operations requirements.

    This position requires an ability to take initiative and a willingness to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment directly with the Federal client, among the agency, and within divisions.

    The

    Management Analyst

    will provide security operations support to the Federal Lead. The Management Analyst will provide program tracking and analytics, data visualization, reporting outputs, and strategic integration. The Management Analyst will create documentation and processes to support overall project management objectives. The Management Analyst will assist with program and project oversight and provide administrative support as needed.
    Responsibilities
    Manage operations of complex security program
    Independently work across the interagency to achieve required objectives
    Coordinate with CEO's, CISO's, and senior management across the energy sector
    Expert level knowledge of DOE administrative security procedure
    Familiarity with HSIN and product development
    Provide program tracking and analytics, data visualization, reporting outputs, and strategic integration.
    Pivot program processes to align with periodic changes in operational requirements.
    Develop various products including assessments, agendas, talking points, meeting minutes, briefs, program plans, and standard operating procedures.
    Provide contract support to Federal Lead
    Job Requirements

    Secret Clearance with the eligibility to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance (preferred, but not required)
    Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT, or a related field. MS degree

    • 3 years of experience in the job functions listed
    Attention to detail; excellent verbal communication, writing, and editing skills
    Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
    Ability to adapt to diverse requests and quickly changing requirements, while meeting deadlines
    Exceptional communication and organization skill
    Experience in managing multiple tasks at once
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced scheduling and execution environment

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Knowledge of DOE or other federal processes
