    REPORTS TO: MRI SALES DIRECTOR

    FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Exempt

    Job Summary

    The Senior National Sales Manager (SRSM) for Veterinary will ensure that the company's MRI sales strategies are being instituted within the Veterinary Imaging segment of the Esaote NA business, and that sales goals are being met and exceeded. The SRSM will sell and market company products and services to existing and new accounts and promote Veterinary MRI products through personal visits, e-mail, virtual calls/meetings, telephone, and trade shows. This position would also be responsible for growing regional sales by supporting the work of MRI project managers and analyzing sales trends to promote and sell our products.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Represent the ENA MRI Business Director when delegated within the Veterinary MRI Segment.
    • Proactively motivate, coach, guide, and mentor Functional support in respective territory from Project Management & MRI Applications within Veterinary MRI.
    • Continued education/training & support of hybrid Veterinary Sales Reps.
    • Leading and/or presenting at team meetings and sales meetings as directed by the MRI Director of Sales & Marketing Veterinary MRI Solutions.
    • Apply all aspects of the MRI Process Map for ENA in Veterinary MRI and lead the application of this process for improve project execution into all parts of the ENA Region for Veterinary MRI.
    • Support ENA operating mechanisms with accurate and timely Orders & Revenue forecast, applying quarterly linearity.
    • Clear communication of data points required for processing a 'clean' order.
    • Inspire, train, and develop MRI functional support in ENA to meet their expected tasks.
    • Understand product structure and capabilities to a proficient level of knowledge.
    • Deeper understanding of market needs, customer segments and growth opportunities to support the ENA Leadership team to further develop the Veterinary MRI market.
    Requirements:

    TRAVEL

    · Ability and willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.

    · Travel up to 70% of the time.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    · Proven experience in sales management (minimum of 3 years)

    · Proficient in basic accounting.

    · Detail-oriented.

    · The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.

    · Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

    · Sound organizational skills.

    · Achievement of 3 years average above quota

    · Technically literate with a track record of exposure and current knowledge of medical imaging markets.

    · Results oriented with a high degree of accountability.

    · True team player with the ability to drive progress and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

    · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills along with a strong executive presence.

    · Must be assertive, effective in the art of persuasion and negotiations, with strong consultative selling skills.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    · Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Sales or related field).

    · The ability to motivate staff and lead a team.

    Must have an understanding of the company's quality management system and how it relates to the job function. The Esaote Inc. quality management system is intended to comply with applicable external quality standards as referenced in the Esaote Quality Manual.
