Description
Engineering Technician oversees laboratory equipment management, ensuring calibration and maintenance meet industry standards. This role leads projects through testing and validation phases, utilizing assembly skills.Maintain and manage laboratory equipment:
Ensure the lab is set up correctly and all equipment is properly maintained.
Conduct testing and validation:
Manage prototype projects: Act as a project manager for prototypes, overseeing their construction to ensure they meet design specifications.
Assist in design and development processes by handling board check out and testing, allowing engineers to focus on further developmental challenges.
Establish and maintain integration test systems and test stations to ensure functionality and readiness for further testing or production.
15+ years' experience as engineering and lab technician~ Project management
~ Testing and validation
~ IPC Certified Soldering or Equivalent Experience
~ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and collaboratively with a cross functional team.
Disciplined engineering approach.
