BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)

Seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team at Butterfly Effects, an autism-specific ABA-based provider group led by experienced professionals. Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD., BCBA-D, serves as our President, and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA, as our Vice President of Clinical Services and Practice Development. What would you be doing?

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the best treatment outcomes for families affected by ASD. As part of the Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing RBTs/BTs
- Supervising direct 1:1 ABA service delivery
- Conducting behavior assessments
- Developing individualized client treatment goals
- Providing monthly caregiver training
- Collaborating with other professionals on clients' treatment team

What do you bring to the role?

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA Certification - Must be currently certified by the BACB
- Additional experience may be supplemented through our BCBA mentorship program
