    We are looking for a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant- Outpatient Services at Otterbein Lebanon SeniorLife Community in Lebanon, OH!

    About Otterbein Lebanon SeniorLife Community:
    Located in Lebanon, Ohio, this retirement community offers various care services such as assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. Surrounded by beautiful parks like Harmon Golf Course and Countryside YMCA, residents can enjoy outdoor activities. At Otterbein Lebanon SeniorLife, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care and enhancing the lives of seniors!

    JOB SUMMARY:
    • LPTA needed to implement the care plan professionally and competently.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must hold an Associate Degree from an accredited Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant program.
    • Must meet certification and licensure requirements by state and national board associations.
    • Active state license is a must-have.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Current understanding of Functional Pathways policies, clinical programs, and application skills.
    • Familiarity with code of ethics, role delineation, and supervision guidelines.
    • Able to supervise Physical Therapy Aides.
    • CPR certification must be active.
    • Annual physical and TB skin test are obligatory.
