    Job Purpose

    The Creative Activation Manager is a key part of the Marketing and Branding team at Holiday. This position will closely work with the Marketing Director and Content Manager to develop in-store printed graphics and messaging in-line with the company's branding standards. In addition, this role will oversee Holiday's digital media efforts, including by not limited to - social media graphics and messaging, website maintenance, and in-store media production. The Creative Activation Manager will track and report digital data to leadership, execute customer-facing contests, and create content for internal communications including the Monthly newsletter.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Graphic Design:
    • Develops all graphics for monthly promotions with vendors.
    • Works with cross-functional departments to create messaging and graphics for internal use including menus, signage and other collateral.
    • Translates content to fit publishing media, video production and social media.
    • Coordinates all printing and delivery of materials with print vendors.
    Social Media:
    • Maintains social media calendar based on promotional activities.
    • Designs and creates social media posts across all platforms.
    • Responsible for all social media posting and commenting across all platforms
    • Monitors and responds to all social media comments.
    • Facilitates social media contests and giveaways.
    • Tracks and reports on all platform engagement.
    Website and Digital Media:
    • Maintains company website
    • Creates original media content for use at pumps and in-store
    • Follows current trends of SEO search and ensures optimization of the company's digital channels
    Skills and Education Requirements
    • 3-5 Years experience in graphic design required.
    • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
    • Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent planning, organizational and project management skills.
    • Able to work well in both team and self-managed environments.
    • Excellent communication skills verbally, written and spoken.
    • Relevant knowledge of online tools and marketing trends.
    • Ability to learn quickly and to execute programs.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and other programs as needed.
    • Strong command of English language, bilingual a plus.
    • Must possess a valid Utah Driver License.
    • MVR with safe driving record required.
