- Develops all graphics for monthly promotions with vendors.
- Works with cross-functional departments to create messaging and graphics for internal use including menus, signage and other collateral.
- Translates content to fit publishing media, video production and social media.
- Coordinates all printing and delivery of materials with print vendors.

- Follows current trends of SEO search and ensures optimization of the company's digital channels
- 3-5 Years experience in graphic design required.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent planning, organizational and project management skills.
- Able to work well in both team and self-managed environments.
- Excellent communication skills verbally, written and spoken.
- Relevant knowledge of online tools and marketing trends.
- Ability to learn quickly and to execute programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and other programs as needed.
- Strong command of English language, bilingual a plus.
- Must possess a valid Utah Driver License.
- MVR with safe driving record required.

Description
Job PurposeThe Creative Activation Manager is a key part of the Marketing and Branding team at Holiday. This position will closely work with the Marketing Director and Content Manager to develop in-store printed graphics and messaging in-line with the company's branding standards. In addition, this role will oversee Holiday's digital media efforts, including by not limited to - social media graphics and messaging, website maintenance, and in-store media production. The Creative Activation Manager will track and report digital data to leadership, execute customer-facing contests, and create content for internal communications including the Monthly newsletter.
