You'll be on the front lines, assessing damage, rapidly restoring properties, and helping individuals get back to normal..

Key Responsibilities:

• Swiftly respond to water damage emergencies, providing a reassuring presence for distressed homeowners.
• Evaluate water damage, accurately determine the scope of work, and develop restoration plans.
• Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation procedures.
• Execute demolition and removal of damaged materials as required.
• Document work processes and results thoroughly for customer and insurance purposes.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, supervisors, and other team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in construction, restoration, or related fields is a plus.
• IICRC certifications in water damage restoration are highly desirable.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and utilizing restoration equipment.
• Possess strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation for emergency responses.
