We are looking for a Slot Shift Manager to join our team. This person will report to the Director of Slots and Players Club.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the support and direction of the Slot Operations Department and Players Club, including supervising the day-to-day operations of the Guest Service Representatives. ,
- Assist the Slot Tech Manager and Slot Tech Shift Supervisors with communication and installation, maintenance repair of slot machines and related equipment., ,
- Makes recommendations to improve the Slot Department; supports compliance with departmental budget initiatives; reports concerns to management., ,
- Evaluate guest service standards followed by all team members addresses issues as they arise.,
