    We are currently seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.

    As a crucial member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being is maintained to the highest standard in line with all regulations and Life Care's guidelines.

    Your responsibilities will include monitoring and noting any changes in the patient's condition, as well as assigning tasks, providing guidance, and overseeing CNAs on a daily basis.

    Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

    • Graduated from an approved LPN program
    • Currently licensed in the relevant state. A valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license must be maintained throughout employment.
    • Preferred one year of experience in skilled nursing
    • CPR certification upon hiring or to be obtained during orientation. Must keep CPR certification current while employed.

    Specific Job Requirements:

    • Capable of making independent decisions when necessary
    • Proficient in delivering high-quality patient care
    • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and a positive outlook towards patients
