    One of CRG's clients within the logistics/supply chain industry is seeking a motivated, detail oriented, and outgoing professional to join their team as a Transportation Admin supporting their inside sales team This contract role offers the opportunity to get hands-on experience in the administrative space of a large corporation.     Opportunity Type: 3-month contract with potential to be extended
    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Wednesdays remote)
    Location: North Charlotte, NC (15 minutes from Uptown)
    Compensation: $19.00/hour while on contract & OT eligible

    Responsibilities:
    • Handles the accepting or declining of load tenders based on contractual commitments.
    • Facilitates spot quote opportunities for load tenders and builds out loads manually in TMS.
    • Schedules orders through customer email communication and/or portal access to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Serves as a primary point of contact when there are service issues to ensure positive customer relationships are maintained.
    • Tracks and traces shipments daily and ensures load data is accurate to maintain timely billing and collections.
    Qualifications:
    • Exemplified Customer Service mindset
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization.
    • Possesses the ability to multitask, managing a high-volume workload.
    • Ability to approach situations using an analytical thinking process.
    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
    • Comfortable working in team atmosphere.
    • ERP or TMS systems experience a plus, but not required.
