Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) looking to join a supportive team dedicated to enhancing the lives of clients through personalized therapy services? Soliant is seeking a compassionate and motivated OT to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification
State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Occupational Therapy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with diverse populations preferred

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional abilities
Provide skilled therapy services to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living, and more
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
Document client progress accurately and efficiently
