Aon is looking for a Compliance Risk Analyst

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Global Risk Consulting in Bloomington, MN.

Work style: Hybrid - in office as needed up to 2-3 days a week.

Your impact as a Compliance Risk Analyst

+ Prepare new and renewal workers' compensation self-insurance applications, payroll reports, claim reports and other required data filings

+ Prepare auto rental limited lines licensing and auto liability self-insurance filings

+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of state self-insurance filings

+ Prepare/review data reports from numerous RMIS and claims systems

+ Meet multiple deadlines concurrently

+ Track information in various databases

+ Prepare correspondence and forms

+ Develop and maintain excellent client relationships

+ Consult and provide guidance to clients

+ Assist with sale and cross selling of compliance products

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

+ Minimum 1-3 years business experience. Self-insurance compliance management preferred.

+ General office and math skills, computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Adobe Acrobat Pro)

+ Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, and time management skills are necessary

+ Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

+ Ability to work in a team environment

Education:

+ College degree (Business, Insurance related, or Paralegal) preferred but not required

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $60,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Bloomington, MN. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aons annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
