We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Leader to join our team at Kirkland's. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a customer-obsessed culture, and supporting store operations.

• Support customer selling in-store and online by developing strategies to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead a high-performing sales team by setting goals, providing coaching and feedback, and recognizing outstanding performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support visual presentation, freight processing, inventory management, and other operational initiatives.
