    Part-time/PRN - Evaluating & Supervising Physical Therapist
    Speech Tactics is Charlotte, NC's premier multicultural, multilingual, interdisciplinary pediatric therapy agency.

    Our organization is service-oriented and committed to providing access, convenience, and excellence in pediatric therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences We are a dynamic team of therapists (ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Psychologists) working to improve communication, social skills, mental health, and daily life skills for the children and families we serve.

    We seek a Pediatric Physical Therapist who is a dedicated and compassionate professional, motivated to inspire and support our clients toward achieving greater independence.

    This role involves working closely with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal physical function and enhance the quality of life for children facing various diagnoses and health challenges.

    Quarterly Commission Bonus Structure

    Coordinate with healthcare professionals working with their clients and refer clients to specialists when appropriate.
    Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards of practice and state standards.

    Develop a treatment plan for each client based on initial and ongoing evaluations including short and long-term goals, collaborating with other team members, and required patient and caregiver involvement.

    Document client progress according to approved medical documentation and agency documentation procedures.
    Report client progress to caregivers, agency staff, and healthcare professionals involved in ongoing treatment/care of clients.
    Strong experience administering a wide range of physical therapy techniques.
    Knowledge of responsible use of facility equipment and best practices for equipment.
    Experience with recommending assistive equipment to clients or home health follow-up programs.

    A strong sense of empathy, a compassionate outlook on PT, and the ability to motivate patients to push their limits in a responsible, safe way are essential.

    Spanish Fluency is a PLUS
    Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
    Demonstrated knowledge and skill in pediatric therapy practice
    Current Physical Therapy license for the state of operation.
