    Description

    SHINE Technologies is seeking a Communications Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our communications strategy, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our target audiences and advances our brand objectives. This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, managing media relations, and coordinating various communication channels to effectively communicate SHINE Technologies' mission, values, and achievements.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote SHINE Technologies' brand identity and key messages.
    • Create engaging content for various communication channels, including press releases, website content, social media posts, blog articles, campaigns and newsletters.
    • Work with PR firm to cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage and build brand visibility.
    • Create editorial calendar and content for company and executive content, including bylines and social media posts.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, interview requests, and speaking opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Isotopes, Phoenix and executive leadership, to align communication efforts with business objectives.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to identify opportunities and threats and adjust communication strategies accordingly.
    • Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage and mitigate reputational risks.
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
    • Manage agencies and freelance content creators.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (5-7 years) working in communications, public relations, or related roles, preferably in technology and healthcare industries.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated experience in media relations, including pitching stories, securing media coverage, and managing press inquiries.
    • Proficiency in utilizing various communication channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
    • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    • Experience in crisis communication management is a plus.
    • Passion for making a difference in the world and a desire to contribute to the success of a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
    Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant's ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls.
