Job role: Senior Loan Processor

Work with team on approved loans to make sure they are are moving along quickly, properly, and efficiently.

Will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process. They will gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms.

Responsibilities

• Receive & input loans
• Collect and review all files for approved loans
• Review each loan file to ensure all documents are accurate, correct, and complete
• Review active loan files daily and expedite processing to move loans to closing
• Order all third-party reports that are needed for the file
• Correspond with the Loan originator to keep the client informed of the progress
• Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
• Once all documents have been collected loop in all relevant parties to begin the closing process
• Ensure the process is moving along quickly to meet all deadlines

• Loan Processing experience
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Persistent
