    Looking For:

    • 3-5 years experience in management roles (especially in the restaurant industry, either full service or fast food)
    • Self-motivated with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
    • Skilled in training and leading teams effectively
    • Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Culture Creator: Collaborate with Assistant Managers to nurture a culture of excellence, ensuring a motivated and knowledgeable team
    • Team Building Enthusiast: Continuously enhance the skills, knowledge, and morale of all team members through activities like hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
    • Eager Learner: Always seeking opportunities to enhance personal and team competencies
    • Product Quality and Customer Service Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction by maintaining high production standards, food quality, safety procedures, cleanliness, and ambiance
    • Cost Controller: Establish food, beverage, and supply thresholds to minimize waste and losses
    • This full-time role entails 50 hours per week with potential additional hours in peak periods
