- Minimum three years experience in Project Management, Packaging development or related discipline, leading maintenance projects and artwork development with diverse teams
- Proven communicator who can adapt style and message to various audiences.

Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager for our client in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension.
Position is HYBRID - Must work on-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Packaging artwork or creative design experience is required.
This high functioning team is tasked with leading complex, cross-functional projects, and programs to deliver new product development projects, from concept approval through market launch. This role serves as a liaison between key stakeholders including functional units (e.g. Supply Chain, Marketing, Innovation and Science) as well as the key point of contact for all aspects of the project, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. This role demonstrates ones ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and within project scope, exercising great influence without authority. Responsibilities:
Lead the renovation and maintenance of existing products, ensuring ongoing compliance.
Facilitate the development of packaging artwork ensuring compliance and printability.
Proactively assess project risks and identify solutions to meet cost, quality, timing, and delivery objectives
Communicate project requirements, details and updates to team members and project stakeholders.
