The Opportunity
Planview
is looking for
a
strategic
communications
leader
to
build and
drive the execution of the corporate communications strategy
.
The
Director of Corporate Communications
will play a key role in shaping and managing
Planview's corporate
narrative, and
will
be responsible for
global strategic
programs to advance
Planview
's reputation as a market leader, innovator, and best place to work.
This role
will bring the
Planview
brand to life through strategic storytelling, media
relations,
internal communications,
executive communications, thought leadership,
social media,
and reputation management.
Reporting to the
head of
Corporate Marketing, this role
will work closely with the
Executive Leadership Team (ELT),
corporate marketing,
customer ad
vocac
y, social
media
and
product marketing
teams to build integrated communication plans that map direct
ly to busi
ness
objectives
.

What You'll Do
Design
& execute
programmatic
and integrat
ed
communication strategies
aligned with business
objectives
that build corporate awareness, create engagement opportunities and drive brand growth among relevant audiences
.
Develop
and support a winning
global PR strategy and raise the bar on top tier media coverage and thought leadership positioning, working collaboratively across teams and
with
agency partners
to
identify
and develop storytelling opportunities that align with corporate priorities
.
Manage day-to-day corporate communications functions,
including PR,
thought leadership,
internal comms,
executive
comms
and
the development of corresponding materials
(
briefing docs, talking points, press releases, bylines, speaking abstracts, award submissions
, executive presentations, and more
).
Partner closely with Planview CEO and other executives to drive thought leadership, corporate narratives, executive
presentations
and content.
Partner with key internal stakeholders to execute media
relations
and internal communications
programs (e.g., C-Suite,
legal,
product
/solutions
marketing, talent acquisition, etc.)
.
Manage,
lead
and mentor
social media &
corporate communications team

.
Manage and develop spokespeople, including senior executives.
Oversee PR agenc
y/agencies
driving the strategic priorities, programs, budgets, and results.
Own measurement, reporting and drive continuous improvement of communications programs, including dashboards to view sentiment, share of voice, and other key indicators.
