We are looking for a self-starter, who is motivated and capable of independently managing a caseload to include review and drafting of correspondence, contracts, corporate documents, purchase and sale agreements, discovery requests and responses, and procedural and substantive motions/pleadings.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 7 10 years of legal experience.
