Responsibilities of the Porter | Groundskeeper:

• Regularly remove trash and debris from designated areas
• Assist in preparing units for new tenants
• Maintain cleanliness by pressure washing buildings and sidewalks
• Respond to property emergencies and weather-related incidents
• Clean and upkeep common areas and model apartments
• Address maintenance concerns promptly
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, curb appeal, and customer interaction
• Foster positive relationships with residents and neighboring properties
• Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills:

• Proficient in English
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with ease
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to safety protocols
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Scheduling:

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed
• On-call availability during staffing shortages

Environment:

• Exposure to various weather conditions
• May encounter noise, confined spaces, and public interactions
• Handle physical demands such as lifting and walking

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 100 pounds and walk several miles daily
• Climb stairs and work on uneven surfaces
• Good hearing and vision, ability to work under stress
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tolerate minimal to moderate supervision
