Berkshire Meadows is a residential school for children with complex medical, intellectual and developmental differences. The 365-day-a-year program includes nursing and medical services, allied health services, and activities of daily living development. Set in the picturesque Berkshire Hills, Berkshire Meadows has homelike residences that are fully accessible homes and enable and maximize growth and skill development.

Multiple options for schedules: 6 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM or 10 PM to 6 AM. Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem shifts available.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.New graduates welcome to apply

Salary: $28 - $32 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus ($1,000 paid after 4 weeks of employment and another $1,000 paid after 6 months).

JRI provides the training so that:

YOU can follow all procedures related to authorization, monitoring, physician's orders, observation, and documentation.
YOU can provide therapeutic interventions to assist students in attaining the goals and objectives on their Individualized Action Plans.
YOU can develop medical/nursing goals and objectives to meet student's health needs.
YOU can implement nursing and medical objectives.
YOU can arrange for medical consultations, appointments, and labs.

Requirements:

Massachusetts LPN license.
