    We are growing and we are looking for you to join our team We are a marketing group that excels in meeting clients' needs and providing outstanding customer service. We directly represent our national clients for their in-store campaigns to help grow the daily interaction between client and consumer, launch product campaigns, and promote client brands in the local market.

    The next Sales Representative will work with our sales and marketing team to learn each aspect of our company. Using our concept of working face-to-face with the customer base, our Sales Representative will represent and market products daily. On our entry-level, we train heavily on customer service, sales & marketing strategies, and business skills to hit and surpass weekly sales goals. As a goal-oriented company, this position is perfect for someone looking to jump-start their career in business, marketing, and sales.

    Additionally, we focus on the growth of our individuals, both professionally and personally. We offer one-on-one mentorship not only to develop professional skills, but propel you forward in our company.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Learn our client campaigns and how we approach each store
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Communicate with coworkers and upper-level management
    • Thoroughly answer customer questions
    • Track personal and team sales numbers

    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
    • 1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    This is an entry-level position, so experience in sales or customer service is strongly preferred but not required. All brand representatives go through hands-on training with our leadership core.
