JOB SUMMARY If you have experience in community or home care work and are seeking supervision and management growth, then the Field Supervisor role might be the next step for you. As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee a group of clients and Caregivers within the local community to ensure they receive the expected care and support. Your role will involve liaising directly with clients, conducting supervisory visits, and monitoring service delivery on a regular basis. Additionally, you may fill in as a caregiver for new clients and be on call after hours once a month.
Service Area: Carnegie, Coraopolis, Crafton, North Shore, Mt Washington, Sewickley, Robinson, McKees Rocks, and Greentree.
