This job evaluates patients and provides inpatient physical therapy treatment programs based upon Physician orders from inpatient providers.
Collaborates and communicates with the healthcare team to facilitate the patient to the most appropriate level of post-acute or home care to achieve identified patient specific goals
This role is responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients who are receiving care at Ochsner Health's facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and be able to work effectively as part of a team

- Maintains accurate records according to documentation standards.
