We have a current opportunity for a IT Support Engineer II on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Peabody. For further information about this position please apply.


Full Time/ Direct Hire ONLY


Hybrid / Peabody, MA


Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT customer support
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and configuration
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain systems, install new networks and make modifications to meet client needs
• May be requested to monitor, mentor, and supervise less experienced staff
• Explain highly technical concepts and methods to non-technical clients
• Customer visits as required by agreement or be schedule
• Escalate tickets to Tier 3 as needed
