- 3+ years of experience in IT customer support
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and configuration
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
- Implement and maintain systems, install new networks and make modifications to meet client needs
- May be requested to monitor, mentor, and supervise less experienced staff
- Explain highly technical concepts and methods to non-technical clients
- Customer visits as required by agreement or be schedule
- Escalate tickets to Tier 3 as needed
