- Serve as a liaison between the front of house and back of house helping both teams work effectively.
- Communicate with the cooks and servers to identify what items on the line are ready to go out to guests.
- Present prepared food to guests by taking it to their tables and maintaining the presentation as the chef intended.
- Resolve any issues with the food upon delivery by communicating with the culinary staff/table server/supervisor as appropriate.
- Maintain 4 Diamond Service Expectations while interacting with guests.
- Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned.
- Full service restaurant experience is desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure, be professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and courteous.
- Solid communication skills.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as necessary.
