    • Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician

    Organization Details

    Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is a vibrant and talented community committed to delivering safe, affordable and high-quality care. Our multi-specialty medical group is comprised of over 1,600 clinicians practicing in seven counties in northern California, most within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento. SMG contains primary care and specialty Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians - nurse practitioners, physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, licensed clinical social workers and licensed marriage and family therapists, who make up about 20% of our group. Our clinicians not only excel in clinical practice but are also actively engaged in teaching, research, leadership, community outreach, and volunteer work. SMG has earned both local and national recognition for excellence in patient care and experience.

    Community Information

    Vallejo is located in Solano County, between San Francisco and Sacramento. Vallejo combines a big city's resourcefulness with a small-town's charm, all at a comparatively inexpensive cost when measured against most cities in Northern California. With 20 miles of waterfront, four golf courses within city limits, many public parks and home to the theme park, Six Flag's Discovery Kingdom, Vallejo is a great place to work and live.

    Vallejo is strategically located midway between San Francisco and Sacramento. UC Berkeley and UC Davis are only 30 - 45 minutes away. Vallejo is host to three of its own colleges - Touro University, California Maritime Academy, and Solano Community College, which provide great opportunities for higher education for our students.
