Become a part of our fast paced high energy distribution team Must be extremely organized and willing to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines for delivery and accuracy of orders is #1 priority. Experience in booking and managing LTL, full truckloads, rail, partial shipments and dealing with warehouse/customers. This role is key to our companies reputation and requires someone that is willing to handle each shipment as if it is the most important. Experience in booking international shipments is a plus but is not required. Pay varies based on experience level. NEED TO FILL THE POSITION IMMEDIATELY

• Requesting and Coordinating pick-ups with multiple 3pl and supplier warehouses nation wide
• Planning and forecast delivery schedules to ensure on time deliveries
• Tracking outbound and inbound shipments
• Negotiating rates with carriers and brokers
• Coordinating deliveries on time-sensitive deliveries
• Interacting with carriers, brokers, suppliers and customers
