The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is dedicated to help children and their families by providing the right services and solutions based on individual needs.
As a Residential Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day supervision of the direct care staff and youth in the homes of CFCEs residential program.

Some of the Functions Include:
Provide direct supervision of direct care staff;
Supervise all operations of the facility;
Ensure the program is in compliance with all licensing standards;
Participate in hiring of new employees;
Review and/or prepare time sheet for direct care staff;
Conduct performance evaluations for direct care staff;
Coordinate leave request with Leads and Staff to ensure shift coverage
Coordinate and schedule staff training required for Licensing
Maintain positive and productive work relationships and open communication with s supervisors, staff, clinicians, psychiatrist and community agency representatives who interface with the organization;
Assist Residential Director with staff disciplinary issues;
Ensure that incident reports are completed within appropriate timeframes;
Review and approve Incident reports prior to submission to Residential Director, appropriate FCMA, and/or upload to Citrus and/or DCF portals;
Participate in the implementation and review of the residents service and/or treatment plans;
Ensure compliance with all medication administration and documentation requirements;
Coordinate and monitor Independent Living Skills activities and monitor completion of the monthly life skills logs;
Ensure home is maintained by purchasing food; as well as other necessary household items;
Ensure the documentation of visitors, daily client activities, etc. on relevant logs;
Review and approve Shift and Client Logs;
Facilitate monthly staff meeting;
Coordinate and facilitate activities, including group outings.
Coordinate and ensure compliance with the following:
Inventory and maintenance of chemical and household supplies;
Wash and change of linens (bed sheets, towels, etc.);
Wash and put away childrens clothes;
Vans have gas and are in good working order (as per maintenance log);
All meals are prepared according to menu guidelines;
Transportation for clients to appointments and school, as needed;
Daily care of the clients, as needed.
Attend scheduled pre and in service trainings, as required;
Participate in performance improvement activities;
Minimum Education/Experience
Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Mental Health or related fields.
Minimum of two-years experience working with at-risk children or in a residential therapeutic setting
Access to a well maintained vehicle, valid auto insurance, and a current valid Drivers License.
