- Compensation Range: $134,800 - $202,100 annually
- Lead multiple cross-functional CX strategy projects to define optimal customer experiences, collaborating closely with stakeholders. Play a critical role in design research, experiment design, and visualization of customer experience strategy. Deliver research plans, insight summaries, user journeys, concepts, and artifacts describing new products or services. Guide analysis of current state customer journey and lead the design of the ideal customer experience. Develop a roadmap to bridge gaps and achieve the ideal state. Foster design thinking capability within the CX/Marketing Business Unit.
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing customer experiences to create engaging digital products and services.
- Drive action from customer analytics in business units by facilitating working sessions.
- Conduct research to understand user needs, problems, and enhancement opportunities. Use insights from Analytics and CX Experience research to prioritize user needs, pain points, and investments.
- Present research findings through clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication.
- Establish and manage the Customer Experience Design Team. Oversee the development of customer experience design capabilities within the Customer Experience Division and throughout the enterprise.
- Enhance Honda's ability to facilitate collaborative and innovative problem-solving through design thinking.
- BA/BS degree required.
- MBA or graduate degree in psychology, consumer research, or related field preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in a customer-focused organization, with expertise in CX, human-centered design, design thinking, and/or lean startup for experience design or new product development.

- Passionate about an iterative design process and open to feedback.
- Strategic thinker who keeps teams focused on high-impact drivers of success and manages complex senior-level business relationships effectively.
