Responsibilities include:
Promptly assess patients who present to the ED for care. Order appropriate medical tests and treatments.
Develop a patient treatment plan.

Oversee patient care, treatment, and recoveryAdmit, treat, and discharge patients in accordance with current standards of care and established policies/procedures.

Respond to patient needs including responding to patient phone calls in a timely manner.
Document care provided and authenticate medical records/related reports in a timely manner.
Conduct assessment and re-assessment of the patient based on patient's condition.
Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other providers.
Provide discharge instructions and prepare relevant documents.
