- Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of projects related to Health Care Provider (HCP) Engagements, in addition to identifying gaps and proposing new processes and tools for improvement
- Support Therapeutic Area Manager with recurring daily administrative tasks
- Act as an additional point of contact for all activities involving HCPs within the specific therapeutic area
- Aid in consistent and compliant operations required for all Speaker engagements including work pertaining to entire lifecycle of HCP Engagement
- Support the execution of programming including ensuring complete and accurate closeout, attendee reconciliation, speaker remediation, insights gathering, etc.
- Manage questions and concerns from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Fundamental understanding of business operations
- Proactive mindset to stay on top of upcoming deliverables
- Approaches work with organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
