    Duration: 8 months to start

    Pay: $35- $43/hr W2

    Job Description

    • Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of projects related to Health Care Provider (HCP) Engagements, in addition to identifying gaps and proposing new processes and tools for improvement
    • Support Therapeutic Area Manager with recurring daily administrative tasks
    • Act as an additional point of contact for all activities involving HCPs within the specific therapeutic area
    • Aid in consistent and compliant operations required for all Speaker engagements including work pertaining to entire lifecycle of HCP Engagement
    • Support the execution of programming including ensuring complete and accurate closeout, attendee reconciliation, speaker remediation, insights gathering, etc.
    • Manage questions and concerns from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
    • Work on multiple projects simultaneously

    Education: Bachelor's Degree
