    Job Description

    We are seeking a Construction Project Manager, superintendent, to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of Construction Project Management from planning to implementation.
    • Allocate resources for assigned projects.
    • Supervise onsite Personnel and Subcontractors.
    • Meet and communicate with Project Inspectors, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, City and County Officials, and Clients
    • Negotiate with Contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
    • Make sure to get proper documentation from new Sub Contractors (W-9 and COI) prior to any work being done by them.
    • Make sure any and all Change Orders are in writing, signed and sent to Finesse Office
    • Maintain High Standards of Workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
    • Own your own work truck that has the ability to pull a trailer, cell phone, laptop and basic tools.
    • Will need to travel throughout the state and surrounding states as needed - Per Diem and Travel Expenses will be paid by the company.
    • Be willing to work through T-Sheets
    • Must be able to do basic troubleshooting and basic repairs as needed.
    • Work on a 1099 Basis

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
    • Familiarity with construction management software
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented

    We currently do not provide health insurance
    Local gas is not reimbursable at this time

    Pay is DOE and Negotiable
