- Ensure payment collection, staff training, and development.
- Obtain and maintain required certifications.
- 5+ years of Mitigation experience.
- Proficient in document interpretation, database software, and tech devices.
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD) advantageous.
- Valid driver's license.
- Performance aligned with company standards and specifications.
- Adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Supporting other managers and departmental needs.
- Readiness with required tools and equipment.
- Physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Occasional lifting of items over 25 lbs, no specific visual requirements.

General Summary
Reporting to the Mitigation Manager, the Disaster Restoration Project Manager at our Lexington branch oversees all key metrics of the Mitigation Department. Effective communication with customers, insurance adjusters, restoration crew, and management is paramount. Ensuring adherence to company processes and standards following IICRC and insurance carriers' guidelines.
