    Description
    Job Description: Join Essentia's dedicated team where our goal is to make a positive impact on individuals' well-being. Our team of caring professionals work tirelessly to deliver top-notch, empathetic care to our patients. Responsible for providing nursing care by assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating. Delegates care tasks to nursing staff based on their qualifications. Contributes to our facility's and Essentia's mission and goals, meeting regulatory requirements. Responds to emergencies, supports ambulance teams, and ensures safe patient transportation.
    Education Qualifications:
    • BSN or AND degree from an accredited nursing school
    FTE/Schedule:
    • FTE: 0.6 (24 hours/week)
    • Shift: 12-hour shifts; Day/Night rotation
    • Block: 7B
    Experience Requirement:
    • Minimum one year of Critical Care experience
    Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
    • Active nursing license in state(s) of employment
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within one year of ED orientation
    Sign On Incentives: $10,000/Associate RNs and $15,000/Bachelor RNs for eligible Experienced and New Grad RNs with work commitment.

    Pay Range: $58.88 / hour
    Weekends: Yes
    Holidays: Yes
    Union: VA Hospital MNA RNs (VAHOSPRN)
