    Job Title: Pharmacist

    This role focuses on providing medication services to meet the needs of long-term care and senior living clients.

    • Evaluate physician orders for drug appropriateness, correct dosage, potential interactions, and proper administration routes.

    Maintain accurate patient profiles including medical history lab results current medications prescription OTC home remedies Ensure laboratory tests required monitoring high-risk medications are ordered reviewed communicated healthcare team Document all communications clinical interventions in the patient's record families caregivers Implement policies procedures safe procurement storage disposal ensure compliance state federal regulatory requirements report errors adverse events as required Educate staff safe effective handling practices perform other pharmacy tasks assigned.
